01 Order placed
It all starts at TheBundClub
We take 18 measurements, you choose your fabric and settle every detail with your advisor. Once the order is paid, your file joins the workshop queue.
-
02 In production
Cutting and making
The pattern is adjusted to your measurements, the fabric you chose is cut, and the workshop builds the garment piece by piece: canvas, lining, lapels and buttonholes.
-
03 Quality control
Checked point by point
Before it leaves the workshop we check the measurements against your file and go over seams, buttons, lining and initials.
-
04 Pressing
Iron and steam
Pressing gives the final shape: it sets the seams, builds the lapel roll and leaves the drape the garment will have when worn.
-
05 On its way to the store
On its way to your BundClub
The garment travels in its cover to the BundClub where we measured you.
-
06 Ready for fitting
The fitting
It is in store. You try it on in front of the mirror and we check lengths, sleeves and drape with you.
-
07 Alterations Only if needed
The last few millimetres
If we mark any adjustment at the fitting, the garment goes through the alterations workshop and comes back to the store ready for you.
-
08 Delivered

You walk out the door with your suit. Your measurements stay on file for the next one.
